I usually get vague automatic replies from customer service when shopping online and almost given up on ever getting human support again. Then I ordered from clearly... Caroline replied personally within hours and quickly offered some very personalized solutions. I feel truly heard and at ease shopping here. They clearly care ;) Had to share my appreciation!

There have been delays with some orders, but always got updates about it or received a quick response from customer service.
